Figo | Pet Insurance Review

We have the unlimited plan for our two cats, Draco and Luna. Draco (2.5 years old) fell very ill and within a few hours we were in the emergency vet. He had many blood transfusions and stayed over night a couple times. It ended up being Leukemia in his bone marrow. Over the course of a couple days, we spent $5,494.00 and Figo reimbursed us $5,214.00 within a week and a half. It would have been quicker if my receipts had been completely itemized correctly. The emergency vet we went to had issues giving us appropriate receipts, so Figo contacted them for me immediately and settled any issues. After euthanizing him, a rep assisted me in canceling his insurance and even back paying us. Every representative I spoke with was extremely polite and went out of their way to help me. I am so thankful I did good research and picked this company!!

I filed my claim for the surgery from my phone immediately after settling the bill, and received an email stating the claim had been closed by Figo later that same afternoon. The reimbursement was sent directly to my bank account and made available a few days later. All the claims filed post-surgery have been reviewed and paid promptly. Promptly paid for a root canal that was performed on our dog. Payment was in our account in 2 days after we submitted the bill. Very happy with Figo.
