Extremely helpful

Fetch has been very helpful with my dogs bills. It is easy to upload everything and they are great with keeping in touch with how the process is going. I am happy I chose Fetch as my pet insurance.

5 stars all around!

I am so extremely happy with this insurance. This is my first time having insurance for my pet and puppy and I am so glad I did. We had a complication with a previous balance from another pet and made it a little tricky to explain and get the current pet reimbursed for services. They resolved the issue and made it right with me. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service and definitely recommend them for your pets insurance. They offer 90% reimbursement and that is fantastic. They were also extremely kind when signing up and even when we had a slight issue they immediately fixed with great kindness. Highly recommend!!!!

RUN FROM FETCHPET

DON'T USE FETCHPET. They are the absolute worst. Firstly, they are nearly impossible to speak with. Their chatapp...AI, not a person capable of navigating any actual issue. Their phone line? It will hang up on you at almost every turn with automated responses (that are not up to date with your account). Be prepared to call back 3-5 times before you figure out which selections might actually get you to a person. And, by the way, you might only be able to leave a VM even if you do find the right selection. Most importantly, be prepared to have a difficult-to-navigate process from start to finish. Over the last half year I have submitted over $4k of valid claims and, despite having their highest level of coverage, only received less than $800 with no explanation of why. Before FetchPet took over Petplan, it was perfectly easy to see what was accepted, rejected, and in process. Now, whether on their app or website, it's nearly impossible to tell what's been reimbursed, what hasn't, and how to rectify it so your plan can actually be put to proper use. I have spent literal months navigating their 'customer service' to have a single check resent to the correct address (yet to be done), to have claims properly processed following a car accident that left me unable to do so until after their standard submittal time (it was agonizing and lengthy to provide them with all the information they required), and to now continue to follow up on why only 20% of my claims have resulted in received reimbursement. They clearly do not want it to be simple or easy to receive what you are owed. I’d like to add that their team has left the below standard message before I’ve received a reply to my most recent email or voicemail that were left before this review. So yet further demonstration of what they prioritize.

Having Fetch insurance has been a game changer!

Having Fetch insurance has been incredible! Recently, my pup has had an issue with vomiting, so we went to the ER with him. Because we have insurance, it made any suggestion the vet had EASY! Any test she recommended, we did because I knew we had the safety of Fetch behind us. When your pet is sick, it’s great knowing that no matter what the cost, it is doable because of the great coverage Fetch offers. The one thing I didn’t worry about, was the cost. How amazing is that?!? It is extremely easy to submit claims as well. I can do it all from my phone in only a few minutes. They keep me up to date with the progress of the claim and even though it says it can take up to 2 weeks, it has never taken that long. I highly recommend Fetch pet insurance to anyone with pets. I am highly satisfied!

We really like the ease of filing a…

We really like the ease of filing a claim and submitting documents as well as getting direct deposit of claim . It is cumbersome to continually send entire file of records instead of just most recent treatment . Also the in review does take longer than it should .

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
