Easy process from start to finish!
Easy process from start to finish. No red tape, just straight to the point. The app is incredibly simple to use, and submitting claims takes only a few minutes. Reimbursements are processed quickly, and the whole experience is stress-free. It’s so easy, your pet could practically do it! Definitely one of the most user-friendly pet insurance options out there.

I have been with Fetch Pet Insurance…
I have been with Fetch Pet Insurance for about 3 yrs & I am very happy. I have put in two claims & my deductible is $500.00 . I was happy those two times that even though I didn’t meet the deductible ( $479.00 ) short from my deductible I was still able to collect something. I really appreciated the company taking into consideration some of the expenditures for my pet’s wellness checkup.

The app is terrible, CS is great
The app is terrible. Every time I had to leave the app to get required information, the form I was trying to fill out was reset when I minimized the Fetch app. This applies to both bank information and claim information.
It took a call to customer service to get a real story on what happened with my claim, as I got one email that said it was refused, and one that said it was approved. I do have to say that customer service was awesome.
By the way, someone might want to proofread the email your company is sending out, as mine said, “Your feedback helps make for healthier pets and appier pet parents…” I assume that was meant to say happier pet parents.

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
