Fetch Canada | Pet Insurance Review

So glad we got insurance from Fetch! We never thought we would need it or even want to use it but when our doggy had health issues we were so relieved we had it. It was super easy to submit a claim and payment came in about a week. So fast! Also they charge a deductible per year and NOT per illness like other companies. I recommend Fetch to anyone with pets. You just never know.

Abysmal. Got insurance for our puppy and was sold on the scheme that the rates would hardly increase at all as she aged. Paid about $30/month to begin, and it crept up every year and they always had some excuse as to why. We had very few claims and had to fight tooth and nail for each one and were almost always denied. Customer service was atrocious. She just turned 6 and I cancelled the coverage because rates jacked to $75/month. Called to cancel because that's the only way to reach the company, and the customer service agent didn't even ask for my policy number, took my name and my dog's name and said someone else at the office would get in touch to confirm the cancellation because she couldn't access my file. Excuse me? Are you a receptionist then, basically? I'm sure they'll finally get around to cancelling it for me after about 3 more months of payments. Total scam. Money would have been better invested in a sock. Even for an insurance company they're terrible, and that's saying something. Just a long con.

Bait and switch warning !! My policy was Great until I entered my 3rd year at which point they raised my premium 40% . They get new customers in with deceptive rates and then gouge them once it’s too late to go to a competitor . This is a scam .

I have had pet insurance with this company for 8+ years. They are honest, trustworthy, organized, knowledgeable and have great communication. They have a great app and they process any of my claims in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Fetch Pet Insurance.

The service is really good, they have helped my dog in many ways which I am thankful for. This service is easily contacted and I have had no complaints.
