Being a new customer of Fetch, l required a bit more info regarding the Wellness portion. Bonnie was very pleasant, and answered my questions clearly. In the short time l have been a client l have been pleased with Fetch’s prompt responses, as well as the quick payment of the first claim l made. One thing l would find helpful, is a “Chat “ line for general questions not categorized. Keep up the great service. Sharon

I was told on the phone a bunch of great things. Like when you put in a claim it takes a few days to be refunded if I got the wellness added to my pets insurance. But that is not true now that I put in a claim I’m told it can take almost a month. Why was I told a bunch of lies on the phone ? So you could get a new customer? I truly hope it does not take that long because if it does I won’t be staying with fetch. If I get it soon then I will change my review but I’m still not impressed with being told a different story just to hook a new customer

Fetch always claim pre-existing or known issue. It's like going on holiday and your child breaks his arm and you get a hefty bill as you have no insurance. You pay it and your child gets better and all is good. You go on holiday again and this time you get insurance and this time your child breaks his foot, but the insurance company don't pay out as they now know the child has "bones". Two different things but treatment and recovery are the same. Our dog has had VARIOUS skin issues, some are a rash on his groin a few years ago which has never come back, but recently he had bumps on his head and now a skin infection due to scratching and all claims are denied as he had an allergic reaction to something approx 4 years ago. I had a banking issue with one of my reimbursements and they resolved it quickly and respectfully after the passing of my kitty.
