A corporate company with a personal touch.
I recently made a call into Fetch prior to signing up for one of their policies. The agent, Josh, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions and he helped me do a side by side of my existing policy to the new one at Fetch. He even sent me information from his personal work email (i.e. not a general mailbox that gets distributed to everyone) which is essentially unheard of these days. The personal touch is what finally compelled me to sign up for a policy. I haven't had the opportunity to make any claims yet, so I can't really speak to that. But I am no stranger to pet insurance and I've dealt with three different companies now (including Fetch) and so far I am happy with the service, coverage offered, and payment options.

Good Insurance Company/ Good Customer Service
We are very happy with the way Amello handled us , explained in detail the process and policy of the Insurance Company. Keep it up, she is an asset.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$250, $300 and $500
Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.
Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.
Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
