They raised the rate 23% after the first year for a healthy puppy! Gross!!
I spoke with a rep and was informed that if you put in claims, the rate goes up. We looked over mine and she agreed that the dental preventative (removed 11 teeth from a teacup poodle during her spay b/c she's so little and we don't want to put her to sleep for dental work regularly) contributed to the increase even though it was a one off. I asked her to have the underwriters review the notes more clearly and she said it's impossible. They will never review again (so human error means nothing to them). Don't use Fetch - with annual increases this high -won't be worth it in a few years.
UPDATE
Fetch did get in touch after a few days but it's been a colossal waste of time. I was told that they'd try to get the underwriters to review the policy (and look more closely at the notes as they'd incorrectly deemed my pet has conditions she does not) but couldn't promise anything and alas, they wouldn't review it. So Fetch doesn't take their errors into consideration. Fetch rebranded - they used to be called PETPLAN. Read those reviews to get a more accurate picture of the company, their integrity (lack of), and service before deciding on this company.
