Good Experience with Fetch

Good Experience with Fetch. I like the ability to track submissions and especially the confirmation of receipt of the claim so I know it’s there for processing. They are clear in coverage or reason for non-coverage according to my policy. Direct deposit is also great. Very good experience for us.

So easy to use the app and customer service is always friendly! I never have to worry that my claim will be denied, I provide all the paperwork needed and it’s always approved! Best decision I ever made was to use Fetch for my dog!!

As advertised

As advertised, the app is easy to use and getting my claims deposited in a timely manner. If they can get setup for direct billing across North America then I think they become the best pet insurance provider.

Claims are processed super quickly

Claims are processed super quickly and once processed the refund is directly deposited within 24-48 hours. So far super satisfied with Fetch for my puppy Buttons!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
