Great customer service
I spoke on the phone with Amanda and she was very helpful and informative. After speaking with her I chose to go with fetch as my puppies pet insurance.

Fetch Goes the Extra Mile
Fetch personnel have been so helpful and sympathetic in our recent pet bereavement, and we appreciated that greatly. Fetch also was thorough and knowledgeable in setting up a new policy for our new cat, and we feel fortunate to have a policy with them.

Amanda Mello helped me out tailor a plan for my pet and she explained it to me in very easy and understandable manner over the phone. She also sent me a few plans over the email to help me take a decision. Overall, she helped me with patience and it was very pleasant.

Terrible website
I have been trying to add a second pet to my policy. Damned near impossible with your user unfriendly site. I seem now to have 2 policies - one for Frank and one for Phoebe. I would prefer wellness cover only for both and would appreciate non-robotic contact. I have emailed several times and got no response.
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
