I spoke with Lucy through chat on the app about a question I had about my claim. I am usually more of a ‘call’ kind of guy, but the chat in the app looked easy and it was! Lucy was quick to understand my questions, however still took the effort to ensure her understanding was correct. Lucy was quick to respond, and very informative!

It is fast and easy. Im grateful that it has dental coverage. However, they should include multi pet discounts, or microchipped discount, like other insurance companies.

I've been with fetch for a number of years now I think they are an incredible pet insurance company I've always had great experiences with all of the support staff amazing help with constructive and productive telephone call conversations detailed conversations on helping you with the best wellness plan for your pet be claims are always expedited and they are very fair and just I love this insurance provider today I had an amazing conversation with Kayla and also with katherine Hammer I think her name was what I love about this provider is they take the time to answer your questions and I know that I'm not the easiest because sometimes I find it very difficult to put in words what I intend to say but I always find them incredibly patient with me

Started with my phone but while it was trying to set up the account it was taking forever (not using the app) that I switched to the computer and it was a lot of round about to continue so much so I was worried of getting charged twice. In the end worked out, was one of the better prices for my budget for my senior cat.
