Quick review of vet records and turnaround for refund! I don't feel like I have to fight to be helped like with health insurance. We have unfortunately had 2 claims so far one a large surgery and one a small emergency, and have had no complaints with either.

Very easy to submit a claim and very quick response. My only disappointment was that this is the first time in two years that I surpassed my deductible - and my monthly rate went up immediately. Thank you for taking time to explain how rates are determined and what options exist for dealing with the increase.

I was explained pre existing conditions that are not covered by any insurance company, and it did take me a few times to have this explained thoroughly to I so I understand this now and it does make sense. I have always been treated kindly by all of the employees and Charmaine who is in the claims department when I have spoken to them on the phone. I do SO appreciate all of the employees kindness, patience, knowledge and help. I highly recommend this pet insurance company and my SO beautiful cat deserves this insurance so she may receive any care needed if there is an accident, or health issues in the future. Super easy claims experience! All I had to do was upload a copy of the receipt with a breakdown of what was done and in a day or two I had an answer explaining what/how much was being covered and a few days later the money was in my account. Doesn’t get any easier than that!

I recieved an email from Rose S. stating due to my dogs teeth needing cleaned she is nonlonger eligible for coverage! This is the first time the veterinarian mentioned my dogs teeth are a little discolored! Get real Rose S. Dogs teeth don't get brushed on a daily basis like humans do!
