Our precious 6-year old dog was recently lost quickly due to an aggressive cancer. There were some quick-hitting veterinarian and hospital bills as a result. Embrace Pet Insurance honored the contractual agreement to provide coverage. They were quick to review, communicate and reimburse fully per the terms of our contract. They were also compassionate in their messaging, which is crucial when you are being crushed by sudden grief as a pet owner. Will definitely return as a customer to Embrace Pet Insurance in the future.

Comforting acknowledgment

I spoke with many pet insurance providers, and my choice for Embrace was because of the reputation and representative he was willing to provide answers without being inpatient with all my questions and concerns. He was very experienced regarding pets and the needs that different breeds may encounter, and what separates Embrace from all the others. Needless to say I’m very confident with my decision.

Terrible company should be associated with USAA

Terrible company and worst feedback provider!!! Break off your association with USAA. They are for Veterans, and treat us with respect. YOUR company looks for any opportunity to deny a claim due to pre existing conditions. It was easier filing a car accident claim then a claim for a emergency with our puppy. We will be canceling and looking for a new provider. If there is way to let USAA know how you treatments I'll be doing that also. If this is posted for public viewing look elsewhere for coverage. They paid our claim but made the process very difficult!

Rate increase

Claims process is always quick and easy. However the low rating is due to the rates increasing $30 a month each year
