Glad I have Embrace Insurance
When I brought 2 1/2 year-old PB home in 2017, I immediately wanted to get pet insurance on him. Embrace insurance had good reviews and when I read their policy, I liked what they covered. I purchased their accident/illness program and their wellness program and I have never regretted it.
A couple of years went by and PB developed grade II elbow dysplasia and a cervical problem. He also has a bad habit of eating anything he can get his mouth on. This has required some emergency hospitalizations. It was such a relief that affordability did not have to play a part in the decision in his treatment.
Embrace insurance has covered everything that I have expected them to cover in accordance with their written policy. The claim filing process is very easy and the turnaround time for reimbursement is great. I have never had it take more than 2 to 3 weeks to get my claim resolved and money deposited and usually it’s done within a week. Their communication is great and their customer service representatives are fantastic. When I contact them by phone, they have been kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their wellness program is also more comprehensive than others I have investigated. The premiums do go up every year; however, older dogs can develop more problems as they age and veterinarian prices have gone up significantly in the recent years.
I highly recommend this insurance for your fur babies.
