Disappointed customer
One been a customer for over 4 1/2 years. In the beginning I really liked the service. They were quick to review claims and fund them. Phone calls were answered in a short period of time. In the last year, I feel that services have declined. Phone calls can take over an hour before they’re answered. Claims will sit in review for weeks. All in all I feel like the service is not as efficient as it once was.
