Don’t buy..waste of money and time
Waste of money. It took over 2 months for them to review and close my claims which neither was paid. I was cc’d on several emails where Embrace tried to contact the emergency vet my pet visited. They only sent emails and never tried to call the business directly. I got tired of receiving these daily emails and had to reach out to the vet myself to get the missing information. Embrace is not a proactive insurance company. They also decided to decline my claims due to pre-existing conditions that were indirectly related to the issue my dog was treated for. Do Not Waste Your Money.
