Do not use this insurance company they never help to you always denied youre claims happen to me twice. Is wasting money for nothing

Great Experience!

This is my first experience using pet insurance and it was all positive. My puppy ended up in the icu at the hospital for 2 days. I was a nervous wreck and I didn’t think about cost only getting my puppy well. When I got the bill of course it was expensive but no amount of money would stop me from getting my puppy well. I submitted the bill after my puppy came home and Embrace paid most of it less the deductible! So glad I had Embrace to cover the costs! Thanks Embrace I’m so glad for your coverage! I feel so much better knowing I have good insurance!

Fast friendly service

We had an injured pup and I called to ask questions. The representative we talked to was very informative and also caught that our renewal was in 2 days. We didn't end up exceeding our deductible but it could have been critical information if we had. Thank you and we were glad we didn't have to use it. I was able to reach a real person with great customer service. That's a rarity these days.

This was a seamless process

This was a seamless process. My dog needed a tooth extracted and Embrace covered the procedure and clearly explained which parts of the invoice could not be covered. And the money was directly deposited into my account swiftly. I was concerned because I had previews claims denied, but this particular experience was seamless.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
