Embrace has been fantastic
Embrace has been fantastic. The claim process is so easy and we had no issues when one of our babies had cancer. They were also so supportive when we eventually lost him. Would definitely recommend 100%, such a great company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They denied a claim under benefits 2M which is behavior health, but said under 2A it removes all care. Basically they do anything to not pay claims. Read their BBB reviews before buying. I have canceled my insurance now filing legal recourse.

“I had a terrible experience with…
“I had a terrible experience with Embrace Pet Insurance. After paying for their coverage for a long time, they suddenly informed me that they could no longer continue my policy because of some California law. I understand if laws change, but the way they handled it was unprofessional and abrupt. They left me scrambling for new coverage with no proper explanation or solution. Very disappointed!”
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
