Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We entered into the world of pet insurance not really knowing what we were getting ourselves into. When we first signed up with Embrace, our representative was communicative, resourceful, knowledgeable, and most of all reasonable. We didn't really think we would need to use our and planned to keep it in the back of our minds as a "just in case" measure. Unfortunately, that turned out to not be the case. Our puppy fell ill very shortly into our lives together. From the very first claim filed through the ultimate decision to end his suffering, the team at Embrace was outstanding. We were comforted knowing that we could provide as much care as was needed - and when the time came to make the hard decision, the outreach from Embrace warmed and comforted us. While I certainly do not wish our experience on anyone, I'm happy to have had Embrace with us through it.

Embrace was my first pet insurance. It was a great experience. All my phone interactions were helpful. The people were smart and knowledgeable. When I made a claim, the response was quick. The app is very easy to use.

Working with Embrace has been a breeze. One of our girls has lymphoma and we've been able to get her treatment thanks to Embrace. Once you submit the first claim each one after is easier and faster. I really appreciate that they update the portal to let you know when your claim is being reviewed.

My Siberian Husky Coco had only been insured for 3 days. I had to go to the store and mistakenly left a bag of chocolate covered raisin clusters sitting on the couch. When I returned home I realized Coco had eaten the whole bag. I knew they were very toxic and I had to take her to the emergency vet. They took her right in and took great care of her. I filed the necessary paperwork with Embrace and they immediately reimbursed me according to the policy limits. I am very impressed with the way my claim was handled. I also learned a big lesson.
