Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have been insuring my pets for close to 20 years and have used several different companies. Embrace is by far the best I've ever been with. I could go on and on about all of the great things about them, but, if you're like me, the most important is the processing of claims. They are FAST when it comes to processing. Most of my claims are paid (as in the money has been deposited in my account) in less than a week. Believe it or not, I once even had a claim processed, paid and deposited into my bank in less than 36 hours! I can't say enough good things about Embrace. I especially love that they will insure older dogs and you can choose your level of coverage, making your payment fit your budget.

I appreciated being informed as they moved through the process of gathering information for the claim. It was easy to file the claim. The website is helpful. However, the length of overall time to process was 7 weeks which seems excessive.

Unfortunately, this is your typical insurance company where they take your money and when you need to file a claim they'll do whatever possible to deny your claim. Then after denying your claim they'll raise your premiums really high. Horrible company and will never recommend or do business with them again!

Reimbursement as expected without complication, helpful customer service with native English speakers based in the US... worth every penny we paid for the policy!

Never easy to fill out claim. Takes a very long time. Have not been reimbursed for any medical cost as of yet. Disappointed with this pet insurance.
