Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have nothing but good things to say about Embrace! I insured my tiny 1 pound Chihuahua puppy with them after calling 8 or 9 companies and comparing their products. I never thought I would be using anything except the Well Care policy I bought along side the Accident and Illness policy. Unfortunately my puppy developed aspiration pneumonia and racked up a hefty five figure hospital bill and ultimately died. I’ve had to call multiple times with questions about specifics to the claims I filed. Each time the reps were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very diligent in getting answers to my questions. Reimbursements were quick and easy deposited directly into my banking account. Because of my experience with Embrace I immediately insured my new puppy with the exact same coverage.

My claim for my cat’s fractured and dislocated hip examination was handled quickly and as I expected. Very professional and the coverage payment was clearly explained. Hopefully, the upcoming surgery’s claim and reimbursement will be handled the same way!

Very easy to submit claims and timely reimbursements

This was the first time I had to use the insurance. My dog had been bitten by an animal while walking on a trail and we’d gone to the emergency vet. Submitting the claim was easy and it was covered!
