Submitting a claim is super easy and once you reach the deductible they really do pay out to cover the costs after that. They covered my pet's ER visit which was $2000+ so the policy has already paid for itself. I'm so grateful I got this policy or I wouldn't have been able to afford the care my pet needs. If you have an older pet, you should get them insurance right away before they are past the maximum age. I had heard pet insurance was a scam but Embrace is absolutely NOT a scam or a ripoff and has made it possible to give my pet the best care. I plan to continue using Embrace as long as possible.
