I recently needed to speak to two of your associates due to having to cancel on credit card and substitute it with a new one.
I notified Embrace bout the card hacks so that they wouldn't bill against that card.
Within 24 hours I called back to update the new card information. In both conversations I was treated with the utmost professionalism and curtesy.
