A Luxury You Shouldn't Do Without
I have been on the fence on whether Pet Insurance was worth the price. For years I didn't invest in it because I couldn't find a company that would cover breed specific ailments and I figured they are called breed specific because there's a high probability your dog will suffer from such an ailment. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Embrace covered breed specific diseases and also pleased that they also had a wellness program. Yes they are a little pricier but their coverage is also better. I read wonderful reviews about this company and that was the deciding factor. Embrace keeps their word and they are very up front and they customer service is top notch. The peace of mind is worth every penny.

I'm very pleased.
I was expecting a lot of hassle and was greatly surprised. This was my first experience making a claim. I have only had the insurance less than a year and was impressed with the quick response time and reimbursement with little questions asked. The only request from them was to have detailed notes from the vets up to a year prior to the strat of the insurance, which was not difficult to supply nor unreasonable.

Wonderful Customer Service and Promp Communication
I am new to pet insurance and Embrace was one that my employer recommended. I am so glad I did, because I am very pleased with the communication and response time. Embrace seems to really care for their customers and go out of their way to make sure they are aware of what is going on with their coverage and claims. You are never left out in the dark. I feel confident in my choice with choosing Embrace and will be a loyal customer for years to come.

Embrace is fair
I have never had pet insurance before, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Embrace is fair. If you are going to go with Embrace, you should for sure get the wellness plan. We got the one under, and every time we call they say "If you had the wellness plan...we would cover it." But I guess our biggest concern was just wanting something there incase there needed to be an emergency surgery!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
