Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace has been wonderful throughout the whole relationship. They helped me through not only reimbursement, which was 80% of a very hefty bill, but also emailed to check how my pet was doing afterwards! They are great :-)

We have not had any major problems with Elliie so far, but our wellness claims have been handled in a timely manner, and all of the embracers wew have dealy with have been helpful and couteous. Any reimbursements due have arrived promptly as well.

I used another pet insurance company in the past. I am very impressed with Embrace. Claims are acknowledged and processed very quickly. I expected a claim for my new kitten not to be approved because of the time frame of when I purchased the insurance and the issue that was encountered; however this was not the case and the claim was paid quickly.I did contact customer service a couple of times and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable Representative who answered my questions without sending me around to talk to several other people. I am very satisfied with the professionalism that I have been handled with.

It seems like our 2 1/2 year old yellow lab has a standing emergency appointment at his vet these past 3 months. AS I've said before, Embrace insurance is better than our health insurance. I'm hoping this is the end of a bad streak for vet visits. I'm glad we purchased the wellness insurance. I hope we get to use it soon!

We have coverage for our dog and cat. I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of coverage. The communication between Embrace and clients is amazing. They keep you informed when a claim is made and update you frequently. The opted to buy the higher level of coverage for our pets and am very glad we did. I highly recomend Embrace to everyone.
