Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our little girl Molly had an ear infection recently. When I sent all her paperwork there was a problem with the claim because her insurance listed a prior condition. I sent one email with a question and everything was fixed and Embrace paid the claim. Embrace gets right back to you and keeps you informed of the process. Our family has had Embrace for 5 years now and when our kids get sick we never have to worry about the type of care they need because we have Embrace to help us with the costs. Anyone who is thinking of getting a furry kid should look into Embrace right after they adopt their furry one.

The process for two separate claims was easy and efficient, especially as the vet was able to download the form. I was comforted by the email updates, that my claim was not forgotten. I’m not fond of their dental program ($299 per year for $400 of benefit if I understood the terms correctly.) I did not compare with other policies, so this might be inline with the industry. The phone reps are very pleasant, the one's writing the email also.

I got Embrace coverage for my dog when I rescued her and luckily never needed it for a large amount until this past year when we found out she needed surgery on both front elbows. Embrace certified how much they would cover after our deductible was met and has been nothing but helpful ever since. We would have not been able to afford the surgery to help our dog play and be happy again without Embrace. Our dog has many human and dog friends in our neighbor and I'm constantly raving about Embrace to all of them. Hopefully some decided to get coverage! When I signed up I was not aware that dental was a different coverage plan so make sure you obtain dental if you think your pet will need it.
