Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I debated for a while before buying insurance for my dog. I finally took the plunge when my friend's dog became sick. They are patient with my questions, quick to settle my claims and follow up to make sure everything is fine. This is my 2nd year with Embrace and I could not be happier.

Claims paid quickly.. They took initiative to follow up with my Vet directly to work through paperwork. thanks!

I'm very happy with how Embrace handled my dog's claim. It was relatively quickly. I'm so glad I chose Embrace as my dog's insurance company. They kept notifying me as to the status and if they needed extra information.I'm so glad I had the insurance for my dog.

I have had so many things go wrong with my dog in the last 6 months....I had to pick a claim amount but I am not reviewing any specific claim, so I just chose a random amount. Before this year I thought Embrace was a waste of money. But I have so far had over $1500 refunded to me which is a BIG DEAL and who knows what the future holds, my dog is only 7. They are SO easy to deal with, just fax a simple form in, and get a check within weeks. I have yet to have them refuse anything even though I feel like I am faxing over forms every week (lets hope that stops). I only wish they had human health insurance!!! Consider it, Embrace! This is my third review and likely my last because I am just repeating what I have said before.....don't even consider another company!!!

This was the first time we submitted an illness claim. We were away from home and our dog had dermatitis (hot spots). We were able to go to a vet of our choice. Since this was our first claim we needed to submit a health history from previous vet visits. We requested records be sent to Embrace from our vet and the Embrace representatives kept us up to date on the status of those records. Once they were all received, the determination was made the next day. We are very pleased with the professionalism, communication and resolution of our claim.
