Fantastic!

I have tried many pet insurance companies through the years, and Embrace ranks at the top! Some of the prior companies I've tried would only reimburse "customary" charges - but couldn't even provide a schedule. It was a shot in the dark how much I would actually be reimbrused. I didn't need that additional concern when I was already worried about my sick pup. I am so happy I found Embrace. It is clear what will be reimbursed with Embrace. On top of that, Embrace is very prompt in claims reviews as compared to some others. Embrace provides peace of mind, exactly what a top-notch insurance company should. Bravo!

Still Amazing

Embrace is our insurer for our 4 pups. Embrace is amazing in every way. They have the BEST customer service and super speedy claim processing. I'm a happy Customer

So far I have been with embrace for a couple of years and the customer service has been prompt as well as courteous. Both of my claims have been covered and without hassle. This is the only time I've ever had pet insurance and it's been a favorable experience. Thank you! I wish health insurance for humans was this easy. :-)

glad to have insurance

I had pet insurance YEARS ago when there was only one or tow companies out there. I NEVER received a cent with them. Another dog owner recommended Embrace and so far they have been great. They always contact me to let me know the status of my claim. I really like that!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
