Very quick efficient service

We have a brand new puppy and I wanted to take out insurance right away to be on the safe side. The first year is usually one of the most expensive years to get through with just regular veterinary check ups and shots so I liked the fact that Embrace has a wellness program. I submitted my claims and good to their word I was reimbursed very quickly without any hassle whatsoever. We are still new to Embrace and to this type of insurance, but so far we are quite happy.

Excellent Service

My dog has only been to the vet for routine exams and to purchase flea medications. The reimbursement process is very quick and when you call you always get someone to help you on the phone. I am pleased with Embrace and I continue to refer all my friends with pets.

My policy has excellent coverage and their customer service and follow-up is fantastic 1 There is no betterpet insurance out there and believe me I have tried them all with very disappointing results.

The Embrace staff are terrific

I have nothing but good things to say about Embrace. Little did I know when my collie puppy came to us at 10 weeks that he would subsequently develop inflammatory bowel disease. This diagnosis was solidified after several veterinary visits and a hospitalization. Need less to say having insurance was very helpful financially. even more so was having Embrace insurance.The staff was incredibly helpful and gave me updates as to the status of my claims. I woul donly recommend Embrace as the pet insurance to purchase.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
