Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My yorkie has been having seizures that no one can figure out what the reason for them is . They are very infrequentand all the tests come back that he is a very healthy guy. We now think that he drank some of his dads tea and this may be the reason for one seizure. We think another one of them was from his scooping up a piece of apple pie that had fallen on the floor before we could stop him. Tea and apples with cinnamon do not like yorkies. They become very lithargic and shaky. Embrace has always been prompt with their response and keeps me updated with the claims status. It is a very good insurance to have for the sicknesses you can see and those you can not.

This company is great I got my schnauzer cover on a Monday and by Wednesday the vet was recommending the flea and heartworm treatment, I call the company and asked if they would cover the expense of the treatment they said yes...I am very happy because my little Miss Daisy is protected..Thank you Embrace...

We have been with Embrace for, I believe, 4 years. Whenever we have had questions, they have been carefully answered. Whenever Embrace has had administrative issues, they have been explained and improved upon. If there were claim issues such as an overly long response time, the have been explained and addressed. Embrace is very committed to customer service (pets and people). We have visited the office and are always welcomed by the staff and their pets.

My 6 year old lab suffered an FCE-- in short, its a blood clot in the spine which causes paralysis- hoping and praying its temporary as the doctors say- but it has been devastating to see my baby not be able to walk or use the bathroom on his own. What also could have been devastating- is the Vet bills. The accident happened on a Sunday so he went from the Emergency Animal Hospital, to the neurology floor of Penn Veterinary Hospital, check-ups back with home vet when he was discharged, and now weeks ahead of physical therapy. I got Bauer pet insurance after a prior surgery a few years ago and am so relieved I did. Embrace processed the claim quickly and each person I spoke with on the phone expressed genuine concern for Bauer and his recovery!

Say "Insurance Company" and people's eyes either glaze over with boredom or turn hard with anger. Whether property and casualty or health and financial services, the industry has become a nightmare of phone trees, impersonal service, and neglect. EMBRACE is the happy exception - they have managed to breed the speed of service that technology brings with actual caring people and a sense that you (and your pet) are valued. Every time I've called or submitted a claim the service has been prompt, courteous, and even better, I got suggestions on how to make the process easier! I have a rare breed puppy and am probably more vigilant than many when it comes to getting the best service I can for the money. I'm very happy with Embrace and would gladly recommend it to others.
