Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My sweet Quincy had a scheduled appointment to be neutered. Everything work out perfectly and now he's back to old self playing and causing trouble with his older brother Charlie. I found submitting my claim forms to be so easy and quick and was utterly surprised at how quickly I received my refund. I made a good choice when I researched and select Embrace for my pets insurance coverage.

A sudden aggressive lymphoma/hypercalcemia took my rescue, Sophie Ann two days before Christmas at the young age of 5. This sweet girl came from known abuse and neglect yet was the most gentle of all the Danes in my life. Knowing I had her covered medically with Embrace softened the blow, made this incredibly difficult time a little more bearable. She had the needed definitive medical testing and then the home supportive care to keep her last days comfortable. ---- I have been "burned" by two past insurance companies, but now feel most reassured having my big dogs on Embrace policies. I recently switched my dog from VPI to Embrace and couldn't be happier. We are still new, but so far this has been the easiest company to navigate. Without going through an endless automated telephone maze, I can call and speak with a real, friendly, enthusiastic person who can answer my questions. Nobody likes dealing with insurance companies, but I have had nothing but positive interactions. They even told us when our vet's fax got cut off so we wouldn't lose any time submitting our initial health review. I get quick, attentive responses, and direct deposit reimbursement for wellness claims (easier than submitting a rebate - and so much faster). As a physician, I only wish that human insurance companies would be this easy to work with. We have not had any injury or illness claims to submit so far, but I anticipate they will be just as helpful.

I've been fortunate to not use our policy for anything other than routine exams and wellness items, but the service and attentiveness received by the Embrace staff have given me great confidence that should a larger problem arise my dog will be given the care needed without putting me out on the street. I just wish all MY insurance companies were as helpful.
