Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace had the most coverage for the most reasonable price and so far they've been great. The orthopedic exam that they require in order for you to be coverd for any bone injuries within 6 months of coverage was reimbursed to me, being I had the wellness coverage on my dog. They acknowledged the claim within days, and within a week I had the check in the mail!

We purchased Pet Insurance for the first time in 01/2012. BEST Decision/Purchase we ever Made! I researched other Insurances but found that the wording used in their Policies left ample 'wiggle' room to decline coverage for many things. Whereas, EMBRACE INSURANCE was very straightforward, honest, and clear about what is covered, what isnt, etc.. Our bulldog is young, very curious and rather clumsy. Without Embrace Insurance, I dont know what we would've done. I have numerous co-workers who have heard my stories about 'the most recent Vet visit' of the week/month'. I additionally explain about our Pet Insurance, and (of course), many of them ask for a brochure, or website, etc.. We ABSOLUTELY intend on keeping this Insurance company for Every pet for the rest of our lives. We are exceptionally pleased with Embrace in every aspect. The claim process took longer than I expected but I was updated along the way which was great! Everyone takes the time to make sure I'm aware of what's happening. Thank you all very much

Our puppy was hospitalized for acute vomiting and dehydration . Embrace covered most of the items in the claim and gave us a very clear explanation of how they determined the amount. We did have to wait a while for the claim to be processed but Embrace stayed in email contact with us during that time.

Embrace has been responsive and very dependable in covering costs for my dog. I would highly recommend the company for its great customer service and for their reasonable consideration of medical costs. After my dog broke the biggest tooth in his mouth, he had the root exposed and was in a lot of pain. Our vet said he could extract the tooth or we could go to a veterinary dentist who could possible save the tooth. That's what we did, and after a root canal, my dog was back to his playful, happy self. Although this was not a life-thretening emergency, it was so reassuring to know that I could provide the medical care my dog needed with Embrace covering 90% of the cost. I feel so relieved to know that if an emergencuy or unexpected illness happens, my dog will be able to receive the proper medical care he might need.
