They actually care!!!!

I've dealt with a lot of insurance companies but never one like this!!! The claims are easy to make, processed quickly, and I can understand them. I have never worked with a company that I truly feel they care. And the rates are great. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Praise God I purchased insurance!

I am so glad that I bought the insurance for my dogs. Both of them have needed it at one time or another, but especially when my puppy got sick, the insurance was there to help us pay the bill!

Great Customer Service & Claim Payment!

This was a great decision! I've been with Embrace since October of 2013 (my first ever experience with pet insurance) & just received my first wellness claim payment. It was less than 10 days from date of fax to mailbox! I've also received wonderful, prompt, professional, yet still 'real' & friendly communication from Embrace before during and after my submission - wouldn't it be great if human insurance was this painless? THANKS EMBRACE!!

Thank GOD for your caring and professional staff in this very, very bad time in our lifes nikki is like my child and if we lose her my life wont be the same .and your staff I feel seems to know this by the way they treat me when they speak to me on the phone.never a problem and never a bad attitude with anyone on the phone I have recommended your service to many people and I will be for a long time from now as well.thank you all so much.with all my thanks and gratitude michael

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
