I like having piece of mind that have coverage

This claim was for my well coverage. It was paid in a little over a week. The embrace team responds to any questions you may have very timely via email. I am very impressed with that! I do wish that the reimbursement of claim came through a bit faster but I still like that I have piece of mind having coverage for my pets should something go wrong with their health. They are part of our family.

I have 3- dogs which I have in wellness programs which pays for diet food,heartworm,flea & tick treatment for two of them and the other dog is a puppy which has been totally covered by wellness,I have so far its worked out great-been in for about 6 months

I purchased Embrace Insurance and Wellness coverage for our new Yorkie Tatum. A week after I purchased the Wellness coverage we took Tatum in for his puppy check up and shots. our vet bill was $110. I submitted my claim via fax the same day. The following day I received an email telling me that they received my claim and they were reviewing it. Within 1 week exactly Embrace deposited the $110.00 into my account. I have never had pet insurance before but I have to tell you that Embrace is very responsive, helpful with questions and the reimburse you very fast.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
