Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Golden Retriever Layla has been "Embraced" for several years now. I am very happy that I went with Embrace as her pet insurance carrier. My sister uses a different company for her dogs and when I told her quickly my refund arrived for Layla's surgical procedure she was very impressed. I love that the entire claims dept. keeps in constant contact with you during the process of your claim and again, the refund arrived very quickly. Embrace is the only insurance I would use for my pets now and in the future.

I am so glad I chose Embrace. Their customer service is excellent and they make the claim process easy. They keep you updated on your claim and process your claims quickly. Every time I have called, they are friendly and address your questions and concerns. I did research on all the pet insurances and was apprehensive about how the claims process would work for pet insurance if I ever needed to use my plan; but, I couldn't be happier! My dog is like a child, and I am so glad we have Embrace. I will definitely be recommended them to my friends and family.

We have four dogs and have been dealing with long-term unemployment and underemployment for years. Embrace has allowed us to remove the financial concerns and simply provide top-level veterinary care for our companions. I can't say enough about this company - the service, attention, communication and reimbursement are all fantastic whether the claim is for $50 or $3,000. I wish my human medical insurance could be this efficient!

When we adopted our new lab Grady last Feb. and decided this time we would look into pet insurance. Our last two labs lived to be 13 & 15 years old, so it was a no brainer. Little did we know that Grady would need emergency surgery last month. He had eaten the cloth sections of a dog toy which had gotten stuck in his stomach, the strings from the toy had entered his intestines and twisted them. I got him to the vet just in time. Embrace was contacted that day and in less than two weeks, today actually, I deposited a check that covered more than half of the bill. I never give my dogs those type of toys but it was a present from a relative. I never thought we'd need insurance but boy are we lucky. Grady is fine and we feel everyone should know how great this company has been.

All expenses submitted have been processed within days. Communication with Embrace is excellent. I highly suggest considering the adding the Wellness Plan to any insurance policy purchased.
