Quick response.

I submitted a wellness claim. I had two invoices and should have sent them separate as one was from July and one from mid August. The July one I wasn't sure if would be paid as not sure how much was in wellness account. I felt the August one would be paid as was start of policy renewal beginning of August. Received an e-mail about not paying the July invoice but nothing about the August invoice so I called and was told that someone was working on it. Felt could have acknowledged that it was being worked on as thought it was discarded along with the July invoice. All-in-all I am happy with Embrace. As far as the wellness policy is concerned is there a higher amount policy that I can purchase as Milo goes 2-3 times for wellness (usually every six months) and also have his Sentinel and Advantix meds.

Never disappointed

Our recent trip to the vet was for a rather large hot spot on our yellow lab. After leaving the Embrace claim form with the staff we returned home with meds prescribed and a playful shaven lab on one side of his face. The bill was for $160.69 and after about a week we had an email sent saying it was covered and applied under the deductible. I did a lot of research before settling on Embrace and to date have never been disappointed.

Highly recommend

My dog had surgery to remove a suspicious growth on her toe. The bill was $900+ and after I paid it I faxed the bill to them. I got a check for $586.00 shortly after that. Were were happy that the growth was not malignant, but I was relieved that we had Embrace insurance to help us with the additional expenses of cancer treatment if it had been malignant.

Peace of mind

Embrace has been so professional and helpful. I truly have peace of mind. I have had two dogs in my life of having canine companions and long before getting Embrace coverage for my current dogs that had cancer. They got treatment but I am glad I never have to worry again about whether I can give the treatment needed to my beloved pets! Thanks Embrace!

Embrace had fully honored its plan

Having already had one dog die of cancer I had an idea of what cancer can cost. I signed up for the plan several years ago for my next dog hoping I would never need it. Then the terrible news came: lung cancer. The question that went through my mind was OK, they took my money now will they honor there agreement. Indeed they did. To date with several more chemo treatments yet to come they have paid over $4000. I have had numerous contacts with their service department and they couldn't be more friendly or helpful. I give this company my full and unreserved recommendation. If you truly value your pet and want to care for him in the face of enormous medical bills I strongly urge you to consider taking out a plan with this company.
