Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Thor my Sammie suffered a seizure. Submitted my claim on June 26 and was processed and closed on July 1, my reimbursement should be in my account in a few days. Embrace Pet Insurance is amazing with the speed they handled this claim. Thank you!!!

I got Embrace when I got my first Brussels Griffon as a puppy. She developed some anal gland problems and Embrace never flinched. They even pre-certified her for surgery, but luckily, she never needed it. No question about getting Embrace for my next two Griffs. My first Griff, at seven, has a small mass on her side that the vet recommends we remove and biopsy. I just received the precertification for the full amount, and I received it within 24 hours of sending it to Embrace. Great customer service and they cover everything the Illness and Accident package said they would cover. Nice:)

I have an English Bulldog and it was suggested I get insurance because of the breed. Sure glad I did!! He's had several issues over the last year and they've paid every time, no questions. The wellness plan pays for itself. Easy to fill out forms, super quick acknowledgement of claim and quick pay (around a week) via direct deposit. I've only had good experiences with Embrace Pet Insurance. Since opening an account about a year ago, I've filed several wellness and injury claims as well as pre certification for surgery, and have received refunds in a timely manner each time. The amount of the refunds has always been as expected and there have been no problems with receiving the appropriate amount each time. Customer service representatives are always cheerful and polite, and they also seem to really care about the well-being of my dog when I mention a medical issue. I only wish their website was a bit more user friendly when it comes to payment and my information. It would help if I could update information (i.e. payment information, etc) on the website rather than having to call during business hours, but that's a small detail. I think Embrace Pet Insurance is a no-brainer and I recommend it to my friends all the time!
