Slow Claim Service
It took over 5 weeks to get my illness claims settled and that was after contacting Embrace more than two times and they "supposedly" expidited the claims both times. I also do not like that they no longer offer the Explanation of Benefits letting you know what was covered and "why" they did not cover something else. The way they do it now we are at their mercy to "take what they give us" as the amount we are supposed to be paid. I wish they would go back to the way they used to process claims which was faster and more accurate than this "new quicker" claim processing which it is not.
