efficient and easy process!

Very easy to file a claim, easy to understand and check on refund, rates are comparable in Ins, only a reduction in monthly cost, perhaps for age or length of time a member, would be the only thing I would recommend

Our claims were handled very well!!!

My canine companion, Annie was brought in to her regular vet and a specialty veterinary practice to deal with her frequent vomiting and other serious digestive problems which seemed to come on suddenly. I submitted 4 claims covering this intense period of time. All 4 claims were handled by Embrace in a timely manner. The reimbursements for the claims pretty close to the actual charges, so needless to say, we were very pleased.

Good pet insurance

Embrace has been very good over last 2 years with my 2 pets. What they say is in the tin is actually in the tin. No issues whatsoever and have had a few accident and sickness claims for both dogs.

No complaints with Embrace

My little chihuahua suffered from a bad bout of gastroenteritis. With Embrace, I knew we could run full diagnostics (x-rays, blood panel) to rule out more serious conditions like gastrointestinal foreign body or obstruction. It helps knowing you don't have to be worried about the cost of veterinary care when your pet is "embraced". They have to match Trupanion though, wherein they have an online system that pre-approves a claim in minutes, right at the vet's office. Special thanks to Kyle for handling my claim and to Laura for following up.

Quick Payouts

I have had pet insurance before and always cancelled the 2nd year. I did not feel I received my monies worth. Claim submissions were cumbersome and slow. My vet forwards the claim, I receive and e-mail and a short time later a check. Easy. Am so far pleased. Will be coming up on a year soon, and am hoping the premiums will not go out of sight. So far so good and highly recommend.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
