Absolutely Amazing Service!

I have a new kitten, purchased an Embrace policy for him because of course, he is a family member. I took him to the vet on 07/20 for a wellness visit. I faxed over my claim form on 07/21 and received an email today, 07/24 notifying me that my reimbursement would be direct deposited into my account today!!! What FAST and AMAZING service. I have always gotten friendly, helpful people when calling with a question as well. Best purchase ever made!

Fast, efficient claim

I submitted a claim online for the wellness program. The review and approval for the claim was fast and efficient. The program is absolutely wonderful, and I am very happy that I added it onto the base policy.

Honest reliable company

I am very pleased with Embrace Pet Insurance. I am the owner of a pet grooming shop in Encinitas Ca. I will recommend Embrace to all of my customers. I would pass out brochures if I had them. Embrace has been very reliable.

Amazing Customer Service

My dog broke a tooth. I contacted Embrace to see if it would be covered under his accidental plan. And to my surprise, it is. All of the customer service representatives have been extremely helpful and their concern for my dog was genuine. I am so very happy with Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
