I love Embrace!

I have a 12 year old mixed breed with pulmonary hypertension, and Embrace has covered both her EKGs and consultations. I also have a 10 year old mixed breed that had to have a small mass removed from her leg. Their claims were processed quickly and the Embrace staff was always quick to answer any questions I had. I feel like they really care about my dogs, which is so important to me.

Very Pleased

This is my first experience with pet insurance and am very happy with Embrace. All claims have been handled promptly, communication from the company regarding claims is really good and easy to understand and reimbursement check are issued quickly. I also have the Wellness Benefit which is really nice. I'm really glad that I decided on pet insurance and went with Embrace. (English Mastiff)

Very helpful

When the vet found a lump on my dog's gum, I was concerned about the bills that would follow. Fortunately Embrace was there and very helpful. The hardest part was getting the vet's office to complete the forms. It took me three additional trips back and forth to their office to get it properly filled out. Embrace was was very helpful throughout the process.

Wellness Care

Best insurance

I purchased wellness and injury coverage for our bullmastiff puppy. Not only has the wellness coverage come in handy for all those puppy check ups but he has developed food and environmental allergies. His allergies have required numerous vet appointments to help treat his symptoms. Embrace is quick to complete your claim and sends you a check or directly deposit your money within a few days. I would highly recommend this insurance to anyone eho owns a pet.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
