Great service, as always!
We have nothing but positive things to say about embrace! Every customer service rep has been friendly and helpful, and all our claims have been received and processed in a timely manner. I love the emails throughout the process, giving updates. And with direct deposit for reimbursement, I usually have it in about a week! They even sent a get well email to my dog!!
