Very upset customer embrace made a huge error

No not hair with this claim due to embrace made an assumption on what the problem was and didn't conver it. The form clearly stated that it was intestinal not anything to do with increased my dog had major stomach surgery to remove the spleen and also esophagus cancer the obstruction thinking with cancer in the stomach area again and nothing to do with its ongoing issues but embrace Assume that it was so they did not refund the $1095 and then I was told because in Embraces mistake we have to now appeal for now the doctor have to call and back because of embraces error on their part

Mastiff Valley Fever

I never owned pet insurance for an animal. I took the plunge with our Mastiff, since the expenses can get overwhelming. Embrace has been a pleasure to work with on this claim and prior claims. No hoops to jump through, just some quick paperwork and the process works as advertised. There is a peace of mind knowing our friend and family member can be cared for if a tragic situation arises. Good communication and friendly staff.

Great company, awesome service!!!!

I have been an Embrace policy holder for 4 for almost a year now. We have one puppy that seems to be the 'problem' child when it comes to illness, regardless, he is worth it and Embrace has helped each step of the way to ensure that each claim is processed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about the Embrace employees, each has been extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. Love you guys/gals!!!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
