Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I had been researching pet insurances for some time and thought I had found a great one. Needless to say when I sent in my first claim, all I got was the run-around. I cancelled with that insurance and started the elusive search again. This time I found Embrace. From the very beginning the customer service was astounding. I adopted sprinkles from a shelter and along with insurance for major illnesses I was seeking wellness insurance. She has skin problems and I was concerned about her scratching. Thanks to embrace wellness insurance I am able to get her nails clipped monthly and get reimbursed for this wellness service without any hassles. She still scratches from time to time but I feel better knowing that her claws are being maintained so she doesn't hurt herself.

Our beloved American Bulldog "Farrah," was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. The sadness and uncertainty of the diagnoses was lessened knowing we had Embrace Insurance and could get the best care available for our girl. Veterinary care is incredibly expensive… our dog's treatment will be over $10,000! If you consider your pet a member of your family like we do, I would highly recommend you get pet insurance. I did my homework and I think Embrace has one of the best policies available. They are quick to review and process claims too. Thank You Embrace!

Excellent response to our first Wellness claim. The claim was processed quickly and a refund for 100% of the cost has been issued. My prior insurance carrier only paid a portion of wellness based on a schedule. It's nice to know that I'll be reimbursed 100% of our first visit!!

My dog, Rusty, got hit by a car after only a few months of having Embrace. We had concerns at the time that Embrace might not reimburse us due to the 6 month hold on orthopedic conditions for the $4000 surgery that he had to go through to repair his broken pelvic bone. We almost did not have the surgery performed because of money issues, but decided to go through with it. I was so incredibly pleasantly surprised when there was no issue with Embrace, and the surgery and all of his care was reimbursed in full (not including deductible and the percentage we agree to pay, of course). It saved us an incredible amount of money, and Embrace was wonderful throughout the process. I have since been recommending Embrace to anyone who asks about pet insurance, and will continue to do so. Finally, an insurance company that helps cover expenses for healthy cats. I signed up for Embrace because one of my cats is ten years old and age might bring on problems. But they also just reimbursed me the total cost of his six-month supply of flea/earmite/heartworm preventive solution. This is such a help because I still have five uninsured cats to provide for. Besides the benefits I want to say that this company stays in touch, is super efficient, thorough, and helpful.
