I would recommend Embrace to family and friends.
Brady is 10 our year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He was diagnosed with a heart murmur approximately 2 years ago. Upon relocating from PA to NJ we naturally switched veterinarians. His new Dr. recommended a complete cardiac work-up including xrays, cardiogram and bloodwork to ascertain the severity of his illness and to determine a treatment plan. I did have the work precertified so I would know exactly what the out-of-pocket expense would be.
When the work was done and the invoice submitted, Embrace initially did not pay the amount previously indicated. I immediately called to discuss the situation. The staff was very sympathetic and eager to resolve the situation. Two days later I received an email that they had reviewed the case and would be correcting my refund. I truly appreciate that they lived up to their word.
