Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had this insurance for four years and we've made a few claims. The claims process is simple and easy (even though it may take a little while). The renewal process is easy too.

Thanks to Amanda Collins, contacting her via email post faxing of each pet claim, she has always responded quickly, processed each claim, scheduled any reimbursement deposit & has always given a detailed explanation in a speedy & direct form. I appreciate her efficiency and great customer service. Note that I have used her as my contact for claims submission from roughly the beginning of our policy.

Having had other Pet insurance in the past, I had pretty much gotten used to and accepted that it was not only a struggle to get compensated what I had spent (or no more than a certain percentage of that), it was also a gamble trying to figure what they would cover and what they wouldn't. No issues with Embrace; not only was follow-up on the claim almost instantaneous, everything is clearly spelled out in the policy...no secret decoder ring required!

I have gone through three different kinds of Pet Insurance, and Embrace has really come through. I have a two-year old boy cat, and he was super healthy until one night, he began to go to the litter box every 10 minutes. He was straining to pee, which could be fatal. We went straight to the emergency room. Sure enough, he had blood in his urine, and he was diagnosed with cystitis. I fet so much better at the clinic knowing that I had insurance. Any time the doctor said, "This is how much this test costs. Do you want us to do it?", my answer was "Yes. I have insurance, and they'll cover it." And they did. Not that my answer would have been a "No," but it really gave me a peace of mind knowing that some of the fee would be coming back. The payment came in the mail within 2 weeks, and I felt grateful. It covered pretty much everything minuet the deductible. For a small fee per month (I pay about $24/month), insure your furry pal, and you will not regret it.

I got Embrace for my 3rd greyhound after the first 2 had massive medical bills and I didn't have insurance. I had 2 greyhound owner friends with Embrace, who raved about it, so I signed up too. The Embrace claims staff seem like family/friends, they're so friendly, efficient, helpful. I was just visiting a friend in CT who has 2 dogs (without pet insurance) so I raved about Embrace.
