Embrace is absolutely phenominal!

Our dog, Tara, is a 10 year old German Shepherd. She is also our baby! We have had Embrace insurance since she was a puppy but really have not had to use it too much until the last year and a half. She has arthritis which causes her pain. She developed bad allergies and because of her age was diagnosed with a weak immune system. This has affected many parts of her body. She also then needed to have surgery (a tummy tuck) which aided to prevent all the skin and urinary infections. . Embrace has always been there to help us with any questions, explain our coverage and they have even called us to see how Tara has been doing. It is wonderful to dial their number and be answered by a person who is very capable to answer your questions, No voice mail and no transferring your call!!!We appreciate all of you at Embrace and will definitely mention you to our friends with pets. We are grateful we have you and our wonderful veterinarian. Tara says thanks!

Bruno's Embrace Policy & Wellness Benefit

A growth on our bulldog's stomach was an immediate concern. Fortunately we were lucky it turned out to not be serious. After getting good news from our vet, we experienced a very quick turnaround on our claim that included periodic communications on the status. Equally pleased with the wellness checkup claim process. What a professional service! We highly recommend Embrace to anyone who loves their family pet.

Embrace gave me peace of mind.

After enrolling in Embrace six months prior, my Angel (We-Chon) developed unprecedented severe gastritis issues. It took three visits to the vet before her condition improved. That was a heavy expense I would have had without the reimbursement from Embrace.

A little disorganized - this time 7/10

My dog went to the vet for back pain. The vet diagnosed her with IVDD, so we went to a specialist about a week later. I thought I would have to do an MRI, and I told to get a pre-certification by the person I spoke to at Embrace. Apparently it takes 10 days to guarantee a response. I was a little put off by this. If this was an urgent case I would not have 10 days to spare, I would have paid out of pocket and then crossed my fingers it would have got paid. Luckily I did not find out how this worked out.... I sent in my claims via email and followed up with a phonecall. I was told it was received and went about my merry way. 10 days later I checked it and there was an issue about the diagnosis. I had received no follow up call, no email notifcation. I found this on myembrace, which is a great tool. If I hadn't check it though - I would have never known! My second claim went in and this too had some confusion associated with it. It got associated to both my dogs and not one. It didin't seem to correctly active on Persia's account. Anyway 2-3 emails later it was corrected. The both my claims saddled mt renewal date and paid a lot out of pocket (deductible x 2).At first I was a little upset thinking I paid twice, until I called and got set straight. I think it may have been worth mentioning that in their response to me, considering I had two claims one after the other, to save me the initial frustration and calling back. That seems logical to me. BUT the people that work at Embrace are extremely polite and attentive. They asked my about my dog and were responsive to email. All in all I don't have much to complain about, I just want to flag they need a little more organization and thought in their claims process (the part that interfaces to the customer). I thought it was very promising that the initial vet visit and specialist were accepted as claims. If this had ended up being chronic this insurance would have served me well.

Pets are like people -- insurance coverage helps!

Embrace is a very caring and wonderful insurance company! Both my daughter and I have coverage through them for all our loving canine kids. Ours have been through different medical issues from ear infections and gastritis to cancerous growth removals and surgeries. Without the help of Embrace coverage we don't know how we could have been able to afford these bills! It was comforting to know we could give our girls the necessary medical treatment needed ,without hesitation, by having Embrace for assistance and still have our pets with us today and in good health and happy!! Soo rewarding! Just like us -- medical issues arise in life...unfortunately, so do they in our loving companions!! With the rising cost of veterinary bills , I would strongly encourage contacting Embrace!
