Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

At first,I was hesitant about getting pet insurance. Then USAA recommended Embrace. I opened a policy with them for our first dog. I filed a claim and was ready to wait 2 weeks, but it didn't take embrace that ling. I still have a policy with them and would not give it up for anything pet related. I rate Embrace a 10 because 100000 is not available. They go out of their way to ensure their costumers are satisfied. They are more about quality rather than quantity. Embrace your are truly the best at what you do.

Time taken to review our claim and payment of the claim exceeded our expectation. Friendliness of staff and follow up on our claim was outstanding. No complaints whatsoever.

I've had pets all my life but never had insurance on them before. Embrace has been wonderful. The vet turns in the claim for me and within a day I get a email from embrace saying they received it. Then usually within 10 or so days I receive a check in the mail. And then embrace sends a follow up email to make sure you received your check and if you have any questions on the refund. Fantastic service! Thanks Embrace. Emma is almost back to being herself again.

When our Shepherd Chief had his first attack of epilepsy we were devastated. At the time we did not realize the benefits our Embrace policy held. Having insurance helped us and him to lead a somewhat normal life with medication.

Be sure to list a bank account to send money directly, I didn't do this and waited at least three weeks longer than necessary to receive my reimbursement. Apparently, my check was sent and then returned to Embrace for unknown reasons and they had to cut me another check after I called asking where my check was. I received the second check for $2809.00 two days later. When it's that much money, it matters. The ability to check on claims online is convenient and the customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful. I would have rated a 10 but had to wait for the big check and the first person I spoke with didn't follow up with me. This is my first experience with pet insurance, although I've had Embrace Insurance for five years for my dog. I've heard very few other companies actually pay much if anything.
