Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Don't remember how I heard of Embrace, but the little research I did convinced me to trust them. My instincts were spot on...they are wonderful!! We were only two (2) payments into our new coverage when our baby boy was stricken with severe gastrointestinal problems. He was very ill and we were a mess! Very scary and very costly. I can't say enough about the compassion and professionalism we received. They treated us as if we had been paying premiums for years and this was our first claim. Well...we will be customers for the rest of Renzo's life..we pray many, many years. Don't be caught without insurance. Worth every cent! Thank you Embrace!

My dog got bit by a rattlesnake and had to go to emergency hospital for treatment. I was astounded by the fee. When I got home I called Embrace about what my deductible was (I forgot) and how they would pay the claim. The rep. told me my deductible and that I would be reimbursed 80% of the cost since this is the insurance I had selected. I sent in the claims and days later I got my check. I was so happy with Embrace. No hassle and no pain. I would recommend anyone to this insurance plan.

Embrace acted in a professional manner to my claim for my puppy Cherish who had a seizure at a little over a year old.This was my first claim. She is on medication with blood toxic level test due to meds which will continue periodly. I highly recommend Embrace to all !!!

I strongly support Embrace not only for offering their Wellness Programs, but also for a very prompt payment for the surgery and Wellness Programs. The customer service is top notch and I strongly recommend their service!

Well, it happened again Emgrace and you were there to help pick up the pieces. This time it was Jessie the cat, he had swallowed a foreign object which meant another major surgery. Thank God the surgery went well and he's healed back to being a lovable pest! His sister Kimmie is happy to see her brother back to a certain extent and knowing that they can compare who has the biggest scar! Your response was very quick after I faxed over the claims and there were plenty. I appreciate your quick reponse and the first check was received a a few days later as well as the next check. Customer service was excellent and couldn't ask for more. Thank you very much for being there Embrace as you've always have. Sorry it took so long for me to write a review.
