Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our dog, Dexter, is a great big lovable mutt. But he definitely has his fair share of health problems - Addison's Disease and a very bad habit of eating things he shouldn't. I can honestly say that I don't know what we would do without Embrace. They have paid their portion of his expenses without dispute. Thank you!

Our little Molly got a very bad stomach illness. Thanks to Embrace we did not need to worry about how we were going to pay for all the testing. Embrace is great piece of mind for any pet parent. We have had Embrace for both our kids for the past five years. finally a company that is what they advertise. Everyone should look into this company.

This company is amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about them. First off, my dog got sick and had to go to the vet multiple days in a row. So I had a lot of claims all at once. I was able to track the progression of my claims online. As well as being updated via e-mail when claim went to the next level/step. I always knew what was going on with the claim. When everything was complete they e-mailed me confirming that I had received the checks without any issues (At that point I wasn't on direct deposit). They have always been helpful and professional. Embrace goes above and beyond what any insurance company has ever done for me and its wonderful! Embrace caught an accounting error and corrected it and informed me of it even before I was aware that my monthly payment wasn't correct. Embrace is on top of their game!

I've always thought about getting pet insurance, but never did. I found the web site for Embrace and gave them a call to check it out and I am so glad I did! They answered all my questions, provided me with an excellent plan for my three pets and always handle my claims in a timely maner. Our Shetland Sheepdog, Loki, needed emergency care for an injured nose and Embrace took the worry out of the whole experience, letting us know what would be covered. Embrace has made my vet bills so much easier to handle. I would definitely recommend this plan for anyone who has pets.

Embrace has always been so easy and painless to use when filing a claim. No complaints. I have a policy for my 4 yr old cat Nugget. About a year ago he dislocated the base of his tail and his visits and medications have all been covered. I even took him to an animal chiropractor for adjustments and it was covered. Making the adjustments only $9 after submitting his claims. I'm sticking with Embrace no question.
