This insurance really works!

I am so excited to have completed my first claim within two weeks of insuring my furry baby, and the process was truly as promised! Within minutes of my vet faxing the claim and receipt, I got a confirmation email and then a couple more with the status. And my status was 100% reimbursement! It is a relief knowing I have found the right insurance that I can count on :)

Great experience with Embrace

Our beloved golden retriever has a unusual diagnosis of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. She takes an antibiotic every day to enable her to digest her food properly. She has been licking herself a bit obsessively lately so she's made several visits the last few months. Embrace has covered all of her expenses without any problems. I wish the health insurance for us was as easy!

Fabulous Cares

I have been with Embrace since I brought home my rescue about a year ago. I am no longer afraid of taking him to the vet because I know I will have help with the cost. The people at Embrace are friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The claim process is so easy, and I get reimbursed quickly via direct deposit.

Amazing Customer Service!!

Embrace is absolutely the best! They handle each claim in a timely manner and go above and beyond with their customer service. Our dog recently had surgery on his knee and they answered all of my questions about filing and even followed up to make sure that I had received the claim. Thank you so much! Why can't health insurance companies be like them?

I submitted 2 claims for my new English Bulldog puppy last week. I just got an email this morning that they were reimbursing me on the 1st claim that has been processed. They are super fast and very kind. I called customer service (was never put on hold), spoke with Tyler and he got me set up with direct deposit in less than a couple minutes. I am 100% HAPPY that we got Embrace!! We will never have another pet without it!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
