Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace has been wonderful. This holiday season my sweet dog ended up costing $4,000 in vet bills. Embrace paid 90% of it which has enabled us to enjoy the holidays with our pet and without a huge financial burden.

I disputed an earlier exclusion to my dog's insurance and Embrace immediately removed that exclusion because it was unfair. Based on accurate information from my vet, the exclusion was immediately taken off the list. Excellent service and shows they are not in this strictly for the money.

When we took our GS, Breanna, for a well check our vet suspected hypothyroidism and wanted to do blood work. We were having another procedure done at a later date and the vet suggested having the blood drawn for the thyroid at that time. Fortunately, the results showed it was low, but not enough to warrant medication. Breanna later had a nail infection and was seen for that. The medication was very expensive, but again, fortunately, it was covered. She is doing OK now. We received our reimbursement from Embrace in a very timely manner. Staff is very courteous and helpful with any questions. Thank you Embrace.PS Do you have insurance coverage for senior citizens?? LOL

I have submitted several claims for both of my golden retrievers. One that has had a few flare ups of allergies and my other that has a mammary mass. I have always had my reimbursement within 2 weeks and if I had any questions, every rep I spoke with has been more then happy to help me out. At first they wanted to decline any future masses my one golden would have due to a cysts I had examined before our plan, but once I showed them the cytology report, we were able to narrow down her excluded coverage from all future masses to just follicular sebaceous cysts.
