Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I would highly recommend embrace pet insurance and do to every pet owner I know. I alway hope I will never have to use the insurance but when I had to they have been very quick at reimbursements. I sadly say that when my Great Dane needed extensive medical attention I felt better because I knew I could give him everything he needed because I did have this insurance. We did loose Nitro but I know I did everything I could for him. Embrace also seem to really care and I even revived a condolence card after we lost nitro. I most certinly will be getting it again with my new puppy when I find one and I also have it on my Dobe Betty Boop.

Have had embrace for my pets for over 8 years.Had dog with cancer cover over 10K before he died. Currently have dog and cat covered. Always get quick return on claims. Coverage is accurate as stated on policy. Customer service always quick and polite.

We have two Cavalier King Charles pups, both which are covered by Embrace. Our 4 year old was found to have high liver enzyme readings after a blood test. Exploratory surgery was accomplished which revealed liver disease, poor liver color and an enlarged pancreas. Embrace covered all costs in accordance with the policy and covered without question. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a loving pet to consider pet insurance with Embrace.

We enrolled in a high deductible plan just in case something really bad happened, hoping we would never have to use it. But then our dog became mysteriously ill overnight and continued to decline. On the 4th day after symptoms started and 3 vet visits, we were admitted to the emergency animal hospital and were seeing a neurologist. Having the insurance made it so much easier to get the tests we needed (X-rays, MRI, spinal tap). The tests were able to rule out some potentially horrible outcomes and allowed to get the right diagnosis and treatment. Our dog is responding to treatment and is on the mend. Embrace has been a pleasure to work with: promptly processing our claims, answering our questions, and being overall considerate and thoughtful during a stressful time. I wish human health insurance would be so easy to navigate. I have been very thankful that we enrolled and have recommended Embrace to several other pet owners.

Faxed claim on 1/13/2016. Deposit is on it's way. Would probably be in my account, if this wasn't a national holiday. I love Embrace. :)
