After having to take our dog to the 24 hour emergency vet due to persistent vomiting and dehydration, which was a scary experience for all, we were relieved by how easy the claim process was with Embrace. I recently adopted two kittens from a reputable animal adoption facility in San Diego. I have not had pet insurance before and decided to go with Embrace. All was well until one of my little ones got sick. Needless to say, after many test and evaluating it was not good news. Eventually the diagnosis was FIP - which is fatal in and of itself. I decided to submit a claim for cost and meds; not knowing if I would recoup any amount(s). I promptly rec'vd notifications from Embrace about my approved claim and rec'ved two checks, well within the time frame given. I can't thank Embrace enough - to know that there is some relief and understanding of what pet owners can endure with our furry friends. I have peace of mind knowing that in the event of major illness I have help & support.

I love the constant feedback and that there is communication coming through weekly, it helps me know that there is someone actually there to answer questions. Also, that there is someone that can guide me through the healthcare steps because this is my first fur baby so I am new with all this but I don't feel alone at all :)

Having adopted an older dog, I knew there would be risks in the health of my Boxer. She had a tumor that got larger and gave her much discomfort when she walked and also laid down. The tumor was on her chest and under her armpit. The doctor removed it and another one that was attached to a muscle, under the original large tumor. She also had to have 2 teeth removed, one was partial broken and the other had roots growing over it. My "Sugar" is one tough old dog. She never acted like she was in pain, except her noticeable limp. I am extremely grateful to Embrace for insuring my wonderful friend, Sugar. I don't know much about her past, but her future will always be filled with love, compassion and the best of care. Thanks Embrace.
